Planning for the Rushmore Winter Fair is taking shape, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!  

Here’s a list of asks and things we need, we’d really appreciate you taking a look.

• Fabric / materials we can use to decorate Santa's grotto to make it really magical
• Old cardboard boxes (large and small) that we can wrap up as use as festive props in the grotto
• Items for the wreath-making stall – think dried oranges, ribbons, pine cones, cinnamon sticks etc
• More people to sign-up for a 30 minute slot to help on a stall – games, craft, bar, food - take your pick.
  
  More raffle prizes – we have some fantastic ones so far but keen to make it the best yet.
  
  
• Don’t forget to collect little trinkets and fill a jam jar - everyone’s favourite stall!  Will let you know when we’d like you to drop these to the office
• We’d love cake donations for the cake stall – to be dropped off on the day of the fair – think festive treats.
